岗位职责	1. Incoming material inspection 2. Outgoing quality control 3. In process QC 4. Control Chart Generation 5. 6 sigma implementation FMEA 6. Preparation of full quality documentation package 7. Transference of technology to manufacturing partners 8. Hiring and building a world class quality team
任职要求	The successful candidate should have a B.S or advanced degree in a science or engineering field. He or she should be bilingual in Mandarin and English and should have more than 5 years’ experience managing a QC/QA group in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience managing a quality group in battery manufacturing is preferred but not essential. Applicant should be familiar with the implementation of 6 sigma techniques. Experience setting up and acquiring ISO 9001 certification is an asset.
